We want you to love your new pair of Therapy shoes, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your footwear is tried on a carpeted surface to maintain the condition of the soles.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Shoes

Place the unworn shoes back in their original Therapy branded box and secure them inside a mailing satchel or outer cardboard box.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your parcel at any authorized post office or collection point and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
